ku9ap Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ku9ap platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By accessing the ku9ap website (https://ku9ap.lat), registering, or using any service, you give your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Account identity verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. To claim this bonus a 20x wagering requirement must be met. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive a ৳1,000 bonus; total betting of ৳20,000 must be completed before this bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a set expiry period; once expired the bonus will be cancelled.

• ku9ap reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.

Progress through each tier is determined by your activity. Regular and active participation is required to advance to a higher tier.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded. Decisions made by ku9ap are considered final.

• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to any system or server is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution
